The Gailes Community House is looking for dedicated volunteers to help with the running of our Budget Grub Hub (low-cost food shop). There is no minimum time requirement, volunteering days and times are flexible, and there is no cost to you as the volunteer.  Several positions are available including:

1. A driver/buyer to go to Foodbank in Morningside once per week (day/time is flexible) and deliver food purchased to Gailes.
2. Volunteers to help on Wednesday afternoons 1pm- 3pm (depending when the truck arrives) with receiving of food donations and packing of hampers ready for Thursday morning;
3. Volunteers to help on Thursday's between 9.30am-12.30pm with the running of our shop and distribution of hampers (this includes handing out hampers, packing ordered goods, managing bookings, payments and receipting, helping customers, etc).
