UNIQUE VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY WHICH HELPS SAVE LIVES. When you volunteer at a Lifeline North Coast Op Shop you WILL have a big impact directly helping people who are in crisis.

Giving of your spare time to volunteer at one of our retail stores and you will be supporting the local and nationwide Lifeline 13 11 14 Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention helpline and be genuinely helping lives

• We need people to help us sort and find value in our donations.
• We need people to ensure our donated clothes are clean and presented well.
• We need people who can research donated items and prepare them for sale.
• We seek people who can interact and serve our customers with a smile.
• We need people who can assist us in picking up and delivering donations.

We have opportunities to work in a Lifeline shop or warehouse as shop assistants and cashiers, and in our warehouse as sorters, curators, fixers and delivery drivers.

The sales from our Lifeline Shops provide the financial assistance we need to keep our local call centre active in Coffs Harbour. Lifeline North Coast also offers other services within community supporting people in their darkest moments during emotional distress or crisis.

There are two shops in Coffs Harbour, one in Grafton, one in Toormina, and one in Nambucca Heads, and we need people to join our amazing network of volunteers to help us collect, sort, distribute, price and fill these shops with the donated items we receive .

Because every $39 spent at one of our shops supports one life-saving call to our 13 11 14 crisis line.

All volunteers will receive dedicated training and support.
