Link Health and Community is a not for profit Community Health Service located in the City of Monash. A Greek gentleman located in a Wheelers Hill Aged Care Home requires a Community Visitor to visit him and share life experiences.  Interest include:

• Soccer
• AFL football
• Gardening

The Community Visiting Scheme connects people of the same or different cultures to older members of the community living in aged care homes. Volunteers chatting in their native language can make any person regardless of age feel like home, but especially for members of the elderly community.
