- Supporting mothers to get out and about
- Connecting mothers to community groups and supports
- Reducing social isolation, stress and anxiety
- Providing information, advice and practical support
- Be a caring, respectful and supportive listener
Comprehensive 6 weeks training is provided with ongoing supervision.
