Processes which the Kitchen Assistant may be asked to perform:_ -Salad preparation -Sandwich preparation -Assisting the cook with preparation and cooking of desserts, main meals and soup. -Peeling and preparing vegetables. -Plating desserts -Plating hot and chilled meals -Packing eskies for delivery -Washing up and stowing away -General cleaning Other duties as requested

You will need to be able to follow directions and stand for long periods.
