Have an hour a week to spare to help children and youth at school? Join us in a volunteer role that suits you. No experience is necessary. We have a range of roles to choose from; from one-to-one mentoring or reading and numeracy support, to gardening, library, sports and breakfast club activities. EdConnect delivers volunteer programs and services to schools in a school setting and during school hours. EdConnect Australia are on the search for new volunteers to help students throughout the school year. We connect volunteers who want to make a difference, with young people in school who need extra help and guidance, be it mentoring or learning support.

All new volunteers undertake training that helps prepare you for your chosen volunteer role. There are opportunities throughout the year to attend additional workshops and training programs that will help you in your volunteering role, these are optional.

We primarily provide our services to government schools although we do have a number of private schools also subject to the needs of their school community.
