Living the Dream Foundation Inc. is a Not-For-Profit enterprise established in 2008 and built on the foundational value of solidarity. Our mission aims to equip and empower the most vulnerable at-risk children and young people by ‘Turning Loss into Purpose’. This is achieved by creating positive change in their lives so they can become vibrant and active members of our society.

The foundation serves the community of Greater Frankston, extending to Melbourne’s southern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula.

We are currently recruiting individuals for the Committee of Management Team. By contributing your expertise and/or resources, you can play a pivotal role in realising our Vision for 2023 - 2027.

We are specifically looking for individuals who possess diverse capabilities and expertise in areas such as:

• Networking/Influence
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Legal
• NFP Law
• Technology
• Governance

Your participation on the Committee of Management Team will not only drive the success of our foundation but will also serve as an inspiration to others.

Membership of the Committee of Management is voluntary, and while previous Committee of Management experience is not essential, it will be considered favourably.

The Committee of Management works closely with the Founder/CEO to build strong connections that bridge the gap between the foundation and those in need of creating a positive change.

Living the Dream Foundation represents the many diverse voices in our community, and we are looking to diversify our Committee of Management Team and invite individuals from LGBTIQA+, Indigenous, Asylum Seeker/Migrants, and Disability communities to apply.
