This exciting position involves providing a range of information and services to visitors and customers over the phone and face to face.

Undertake "point of sale" duties and a range of administrative and clerical tasks to support our friendly team. Provide assistance with record keeping, mail-outs, receipts etc. Knowledge of the local area, services and tourism attractions is required.

Computer literacy skills are essential, together with good written, numeracy and communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills are required to interact with people at all levels as is the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
