The Centre Based Activities Program provides a variety of activities for people with a disability or mental illness, older people and people with a range of complex needs. The team consists of Diversional Therapists, a cook, activities assistants and volunteers. For clients, the day includes transport to the centre, opportunity to participate in activities of their choice and home cooked morning tea and lunch. Role

The purpose of this role is to pick up clients from their homes and bring them to CBA, or take them home in the afternoon on Footprints’ 12-seater bus and/or other Footprints vehicles. Currently needing driver and assistance in CBA on Thursdays 8-230PM.

We are looking for volunteer drivers (standard C class driver license) and "off siders" (to greet clients and help them safely get on and off the bus).

Both the Volunteer Bus Driver role and the Transport Support Volunteer role help clients to experience a warm, inclusive, happy and friendly day from beginning to end.
