As a Community Connections Volunteer you play a key role in helping clients reconnect with their local community and encouraging them to do the things they love. This might include spending time with our clients and: • visiting their local library or the café for a cup of coffee • sharing your interests and hobbies with them, such as arts, craft, or playing games working with them to achieve their goals, such as engaging with their friends or family. You may also assist in delivering their meals to help them eat well.
