Casey North Community Information and Support Service
Logo for Casey North Community Information and Support Service

CNCISS provides a range of programs and resources targeted in particular, to disadvantaged and low income households.  The organisation relies heavily on the commitment of volunteers to assist in the delivery of programs to provide essential and critical services to the local community. CNCISS recognises the value of volunteering for both the organisation and volunteer, and strives to ensure all volunteering is a positive experience.

Information and support volunteers provide support and referrals to clients in crisis in a confidential, non judgemental and sensitive manner.

You will work as part of a team of volunteer and paid staff; and as part of this team help and advice is always available. This role would suit a retired social worker or welfare worker.

If you want to make a difference to disadvantaged members of your local community and have some time to spare, please contact us via email with expressions of interest and your CV.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
