Volunteer Admin Assistant - Sanctuary Point

In this Admin role volunteers will support Conference Members in Ulladulla/Sanctuary Point to:

-Enter data into the Society’s database. -Support the work of St Vincent de Paul Conference Members with basic admin duties. -Ensure and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the people we assist. -Other relevant duties as requested.

We are looking for people who have/are

  • non-judgemental and respectful to people from a variety of different backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to be trained.
  • Experienced computer skills
  • Willing to comply with the Society’s Code of Conduct and Policies.
  • Willing to work as a team and take direction.
  • Sensitivity to different political/cultural/ethnic backgrounds and a respect of First Nations peoples, multiculturalism, gender, and sexual diversity.
  • A willingness to adhere to all WHS policies and procedures and work within the Society’s Code of Conduct.
  • A respect of and willingness to work within the ethos of St Vincent de Paul Society
