Kiosk Volunteer - Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre
Royal Adelaide Hospital, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre and Repat Health Precinct Volunteers• Undertaking training to become a barista and preparing and providing barista made coffee in a timely and safe manner • Greeting customers who enter the kiosk • Assisting shoppers to find the food and beverages they are looking for • Operating the cash register, processing cash and card payments and ensuring that money handling is line with set guidelines • Stocking shelves with merchandise • Answering queries from customers • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers • General housekeeping duties including wiping over shelves, benches, and tables • Keeping the Kiosk tidy and clean and following safe food handling procedures • Barcoding and pricing stock items as delivered • Ensuring security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc. • Receiving, storing, and removing the delivery of stock
All volunteers are required to undergo an SA Health criminal history check. Positive attitude and happy disposition required.
