General Volunteer

Assist in all aspects of grounds coordination for general running of event, entry ticket sales, participant safety, vehicle entry and exit gates, assist with trophy presentation and auction running. General duties for smooth running of the event.

Training

As required training to suit your job allocation. For ticket sales, merchandise sales and bar staff you will need to be comfortable with technology (training will be given) and cash handling.

Time required

For set up on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, we require help between 8am and 5pm. Saturday is an all day affair from 6.30am to 10pm. Sunday is 8am to 5pm to pack everything away and restore the showgrounds. We ask that you commit to at least 4 hours on any day to help us.

Reimbursement

All accepted volunteers receive free parking, free entry, volunteer shirt, food and drink during break and shift. Nil cash payment.

If you can help for 1 four hour shift on any of the days we would appreciate it.
