About the Role The role of the Business Coach is to deliver three coaching sessions under our Women to Grow Program. This position will be required to work with participants who are exploring self –employment as well as existing small business owners and operators who are looking for additional support and advice to keep their business ventures viable.The position is also expected to ensure that all administrative aspects are completed in the required timeframes and to a high professional standard. Coaching sessions conducted by phone and face to face.

About You

• You will need a minimum of 2 years Business Coaching experience in Australia and tertiary qualifications in Coaching.
• Experience running a successful business highly desirable.
• Understanding of entrepreneurial and business concepts and functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
• Demonstrate experience and skills in working with Cultural and Linguistic Diverse Communities.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a strengths-based and person centred approach. -Demonstrated engagement with clients.
