A friendly Library cart assistant is required to assist the Diversional Therapist by taking the library cart to the residents and assist them with choosing reading material.

Ability to engage with elderly residents in a patient, positive and meaningful way.

VOLUNTEERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT FLU SHOT IN ORDER TO BEGIN THE INDUCTION PROCESS!

The government has recently changed vaccine requirements for aged care volunteers and workers. Volunteers must have at least one COVID 19 vaccination shot by 17th September. Additionally, they have strongly recommended disability support workers/volunteers get their COVID shots, and will consider making it mandatory by October 31st.
