Multiple Sclerosis is funded to provide a volunteer visiting program – the Community Visitors Scheme (CVS). Volunteer visitors share stories, go for a stroll or have a cuppa, listen to music or play a game. Our volunteers play a vital role in the life of a person living in an aged care home or their own home through ongoing friendship.

We have a 57 year old gentlemen in WERRIBEE Victoria who would benefit from the friendship of a like minded Aussie MATURE MALE VISITOR who can visit' during the week or on weekends. He enjoys chatting on a one-to-one basis and has an interest in Information Technology.

You need to be warm, caring, reliable and be willing to commit to at least fortnightly visits for a minimum of 12 months.

Good English communication skills required however volunteers with other languages willing to be matched to other same language recipients are very welcome to enquire about this visiting program.
