Silver Chain has been helping people to remain healthy and happy at home; our purpose is to build community capacity to optimise health and wellbeing. Become a buddy to one of our clients in our programme. You will be matched with a person and help them choose how they want to reconnect with their community.

Duties

• visiting elderly clients in the community once a week
• befriending a client
• supporting clients to find/attend activities in the community

This is a great opportunity for those passionate about working with the elderly community. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.
