Stroll around the gardens of Greenwich Hospital as you walk alongside patients from the Riverglen Unit. You'll be helping people to maintain their mobility as well as their sense of being.

On the grounds of Greenwich Hospital, the multidisciplinary care team at Riverglen aim to provide a place of safety and treatment in a secure, modern setting for older people in the acute phase of a mental health disorder.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police check which HammondCare will organise and pay for. You will need to be aged between 18 to 79 years old and meet all the immunization requirements.

Greenwich Hospital is located at 97-115 River Road, Greenwich. We welcome volunteers during the week as well as the weekends. All our volunteers receive training as well as the ongoing support of our onsite Volunteer Coordinator.
