Connect Health's community transport program is currently recruiting committed volunteers who are interested in assisting people to and from their medical appointments. Drivers have the option of using a Connect Health car, or their own vehicle if preferred.

• Shifts are usually 1 - 2 hours long, and you can choose your day.
• You can choose to volunteer weekly, fortnightly or at adhoc
• You can choose to volunteer on a set day, or swap days continuously each week

All training and induction costs are covered, and kilometres reimbursed for those using their own vehicle.

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time: 9am - 4pm
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing - as long as you are available
