Admin / Receptionist on Mondays and Fridays- Narara

We are looking for a volunteer receptionist to join our friendly team each Monday and Friday.
Duties will include: • Assisting in the day-to-day reception duties • Answering the phones, checking emails and passing on messages as appropriate • Responding to requests for information by potential clients and scheduling interview appointments. . Providing information about the Centre on request • Photocopying and package assembly when required • Taking enquiries and making appointments for current services • Centre maintenance – basic cleaning, putting out bins, locking up • Assisting Centre staff as required • Work to the policies and processes, guidelines and legislations • Maintain a positive working relationship as part of the team. • Attend training days as scheduled • Typing and computer work - must have good computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & preferably Office 365; Publisher is an added advantage) • Must have a clear and pleasant phone manner
