South Port Day Links Inc. is a community based not for profit organisation that has been providing volunteer services to residents of the City of Port Phillip for over 28 years. It is managed by an elected volunteer Committee of Management that aim to help residents maintain their social connections and support their ability to live independently. Currently South Port Day Links Inc. manages the following programs: Daylinks, PetLinks, InfoLink, GardenMates and WalkMates.
