Connect Health & Community is a not for profit registered community health service that receives funding from Federal, State and Local Government. We provide wide-ranging primary health and community support services, and work in partnership with other community agencies. Connect Health & Community is a multi-disciplinary service providing a range of community based health services and promoting community well-being, primarily to the City of Bayside and the lower half of the City of Glen Eira (south of North Rd). Some services and programs have a large geographic catchment such as the Gambler’s Help Southern Program extending from City of Port Phillip to the Mornington Peninsula, City of Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia. Connect Health & Community is a company limited by guarantee with a voluntary Board of Directors. Our workforce is made up of paid staff, students and volunteers. All members of the Connect Health workforce are committed to providing quality health care to our local community.
