EPIC - Empowering People In Construction

EPIC exists to shift the culture of construction, from one that’s often isolating and unsafe, to one that genuinely supports the people who work in it. We know the challenges. This industry has some of the highest suicide rates in the country, and too many people still face bullying, discrimination, and exclusion on a daily basis. It’s personal for us, as we've lived it, and that’s why EPIC was created. Our work is designed to make real change where it’s needed most. We run coaching and mentoring programs for women and underrepresented groups, peer support networks that bring people together, and now we’re building AI learning modules that tackle the hard issues, like harassment, bias, and intimidation, while also giving people the confidence, communication, and resilience tools to lead better. This work isn’t just about individual support. It’s about changing the system. Helping businesses and teams become more inclusive, more values-led, and more human. The impact is already happening, as people are speaking up, stepping into leadership, and finding community where they didn’t before. That’s what we’re here to do: help people feel seen, supported, and proud to be part of this industry again.
