At Norths Juniors, as a family orientated sports club (not for profit incorporated association), our aims are to : 1. grow junior boy and girl participation and skills in rugby union while instilling the virtues of Strength, Courage and Respect as they develop as people, 2. develop coaches, managers, referees and other officials to participate, get qualified and excel at rugby union, 3. providing junior players pathways into playing colts and senior rugby union, 4. develop community involvement in affiliated activities to promote health and fitness.
