Able Australia was established over 50 years ago and was formerly known as the Deafblind Association. Able is a diverse not-for-profit organisation offering a broad range of disability, deafblind and aged care and community supports for seniors. Able is a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and an accredited My Aged Care Provider. Able offers a range of services across Australia that have been designed and developed to support the local community, including a community food pantry, installation of personal safety alarms, and social support for individuals and groups and regular outings.
