The Australian Air Force Cadets aims to be the premier youth development organisation in Australia. Our mission is to inspire and develop young people in an air and space environment to achieve and maximise their potential to contribute to Australia’s future success. To achieve this we have a volunteer staff team with a broad range of skillsets who both offer an excellent cadet experience and develop themselves as adults.
