We are a 100% volunteer organisation who seek to improve on current best practice with innovative projects to improve disadvantaged people's lives. We specialise in helping those who have fallen through cracks in our social welfare system. We assist people who have issues with addictions, mental health, social disconnection, lonleiness and life transition problems (eg ageing).
