St John’s Uniting Church Elsternwick is a God-centred, welcoming and caring community. Its purpose is to create and maintain a vibrant, compassionate and sustainable meeting place where people feel accepted and safe. The St John’s Uniting Church Op Shop is an outreach mission of the St John’s Uniting Church in Elsternwick. The aims of the Op Shop are to: • Provide a safe and welcoming place for all as part of the outreach of St John’s Uniting Church • Raise funds from the sale of donated goods for Uniting Church and community charities and to provide material support where appropriate • Recycle as much as possible of unsaleable goods
