Biala Ringwood is an Outreach Program of the Ringwood Uniting Church. Biala Ringwood was established in 1980 with the aim to provide respite for “parents of children having disabilities”. Today, Biala continues to provide respite and support to families and carers of Children with Additional Needs (aged 0 to 6 years) to help reduce the risk of social isolation within the community.
