This is a Community Register for Glen Eira residents established by Victoria Police with Glen Eira Council. The register aims to improve safety and provide community support for residents aged 60 years and older. Residents who register for the program will receive a safety information pack as well as being contacted every month by trained volunteers to discuss their welfare and any security issues or general concerns. Volunteers will also pass on any relevant community information on local services that may be of assistance to the residents and their families.
