Pinjarra Primary School Parents & Citizens Association (P&C) was formed as a representative body of the parents of all children who attend Pinjarra Primary School and to assist the school by raising funds that are injected back into the school. The Association is the controlling body of the many interests and associated groups of the School including the canteen, Uniform Shop, fundraising committees, and the Pre-primary parents group. The P&C is overseen by a hard working executive committee and often looking for volunteers. The P&C love new ideas and volunteers whether it is helping out at sausage sizzle, the school canteen or other fundraising events. The P&C hold meetings once a term as required by WACSSO. Additional meetings may be organised by the Executive Committee if required. Meeting dates are published in the school's fortnightly newsletters, the Skoolbag app and the school's Facebook page.
