Blind Sports & Recreation Victoria (BSRV) is recognised by Sport and Recreation Victoria as the State Sporting Association responsible for the development, promotion and support of sporting and recreational opportunities for blind and vision impaired people throughout Victoria. Volunteers help to change the lives of people who are blind or vision impaired. Established in 1977 it presently has more than 1,000 people of all ages participating in sport and recreation in Victoria.
