Our Organisation seeks to increase community awareness of dementia, whilst also assisting those living with the condition and their carers and families. We provide information about dementia to the broader community and to professional carers in aged and health care settings. We support and information to all those impacted by dementia (not just Alzheimer's Disease) at any age.
