Best Friends Animal Rescue Inc started in 2006 in a rural bush block in Gidgegannup. We have successfully re-homed over 700 dogs, mostly older dogs which are the most challenging group to find a new home. Many of our dogs come with specific dietary requirements or allergies. All meals are prepared on premises using only fresh meat and vegetables. We plan to set up an old dog rescue and retirement in the hills, giving a lasting, happy final home for the aged or sick dog to enjoy their final years. We currently have a network of a dedicated team of volunteers who foster the dogs, providing a loving and nurturing, haven until a suitable permanent home is found.
