We are the Far South Coast Branch of the Animal Welfare League NSW. We rely on carers to look after animals until they are rehomed. We monetarily assist in the de-sexing of dogs and cats across the Bega Valley Shire. We hold raffles, garage sales and events such as Santa Paws to help generate funds as well as our Calendar of Second Chances. We apply for grants to also help generate funds. We have approximately 100 members in the area and approximately 20 that are able to volunteer to assist with our events. We work with other Animal Welfare groups when needed.
