The agency's role is to support and mentor parents who have an alcohol or drug using child of any age that they are concerned about via the telephone and / or in the Adult Drug Court and the Peer Support Group (PSG) after further training. The service operates 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm and volunteers will work from home on a 5 hour shift once a week.
