Project Hope Horse Welfare Victoria Inc. is a non-profit organisation committed to providing hope for Victorian equines through education, rehabilitation and advocacy. To assist owners through education and advice; To provide emergency care, treatment and assistance to horses; To rescue and rehabilitate any horses surrendered to PHHWV and where possible assure their future well-being; To educate the community on the plight of neglected horses; To contribute to the development of improved government legislation and policy
