Southern Communities Transport Scheme (SCOTS) - City of Victor Harbor
SCOTS involves the coordination of local transport, and volunteers, as a way of improving access to services and opportunities for people living in the local area. The volunteer scheme aims to provide safe, reliable and efficient transport to all residents that are transport disadvantaged enabling access to health and medical services, shops, businesses and local services.
