The Winged Horse Equine Welfare Inc. is a not for profit organisation and has registered charity status. We are based in Portarlington, on the Bellarine Peninsula, in Victoria, Australia. Our sanctuary is being developed on an 80 acre property, which was used as a racehorse training facility. We have now had ownership of the sanctuary for two and a half years! Our mission is to give hope and a new life to the neglected horses that come to us.
