The Scullin Traders is a community entrepreneurship hub run by the Scullin Community Group. As a key part of the community’s efforts to transform the vibe of the struggling Scullin shops, the space features comfy couches for coffee drinkers, handmade products from Canberra microbusinesses, and a coworking space and creative workshops for the Canberra community.
This role works with other volunteers in the cafe of the Food Cooperative Shop. It's about making tea, coffee, smoothies and helping to dish up the delicious lunch. It's a vibrant place with so many people working together to keep our Co-op awesome.
We need patient and understanding volunteers to assist in providing support to detainees with poor numeracy and literacy skills.
