Wildcare helpline volunteers handle telephone inquiries from members of the public who have found sick or injured wildlife. They refer callers to a further network of specialised volunteers who rehabilitate these animals so they can be released back into the wild.
The campground host program operates throughout Western Australia at approximately 60 campsites. Campground hosts are often the first point of contact for visitors to the park. Hosts welcome visitors and may help them with allocating a campsite or provide them with information about local fauna and flora. They also hand out and collect visitor survey forms, provide general information and answer inquiries. Campground hosts also assist Parks and Wildlife staff with some light maintenance tasks

Native ARC's Gardening/Maintenance volunteering program is for anyone with a passion for wildlife and the environment and enjoys working outdoors. Gardening/Maintenance volunteers are responsible for maintaining Native ARC’s grounds, gardens and facilities. Gardening/Maintenance volunteers need to attend the Centre a minimum of 2 hours per week.
Native ARC's Animal Care volunteer program is for anyone interested in working directly with wildlife. Volunteers will work in the rehabilitation stages of the Centre under the guidance of the Centre's Directing Veterinary Surgeon, Registered Wildlife Rehabilitator or an experienced volunteer and are responsible for the following tasks:
Hands-on feeding and cleaning of birds, some mammals and a few reptiles (mainly lizards) in the hospital and enclosures.
