Looking for a rewarding volunteer role? Do you love animals and passionate about animal welfare? Animal Care Attendant duties may include but not limited to: Cleaning animal cages and pens plus replenishing fresh water and straw. Feeding animals, walking animals, changing/moving animal pens or looking after sick animals. Requirement to work within Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines and be happy to work alone or part of a team. Policed Check required. Minimum 3 month commitment essential.
Do you love caring for budgies? Our residents enjoy our four male budgies, but we need another volunteer to help care for them. Cages are mobile and can be moved to different areas in the facility and the residents can participate in helping to feed the budgies.
